Gand Music & Sound was recently awarded the 2005 "Best Customer Service-Independent Store" trophy by Music and Sound Retailer magazine. Out of 10,000 independent music stores in the USA, we were voted #1. Everyone knows the national chain stores don't even have "customer service", so a category was created just for us specialists! The ceremony took place at the recent NAMM trade show in Anaheim, California.

This is THE ONE that really means the most to our staff. Our motto "Human Support in a Technical World" will never go out of style."
