• ERIC TAYLOR - Instructor for Beginning and Intermediate Guitar, Eric is currently a student at Columbia College and has participated as an instructor for Gand Music's Camp Musictech. His band was the champion in Gand Music & Sound's Battle of the Bands Unplugged.
 
• KEVIN MITCHELL - Instructor for Intermediate and Advance Guitar, Kevin joins our staff after previously teaching in the Western suburbs. Kevin has performed in bands that have appeared at Taste of Chicago and House of Blues and is a regular performer with Gary Gand at the Tuesday night Pro Jam at Gabe's Backstage Lounge.
 
• MITCH GREEN - Instructor for Beginning Guitar. Mitch was the overall champion in Gand Music's Guitar Idol contest in 2007. He has also instructed at Gand Music's Camp Musictech. Mitch is an accomplished classical guitarist and also teaches classic rock style. 
 
• MATT MEYER - Instructor for Drums. Matt is a recent graduate of The University of Miami with a music degree specializing in percussion. He joins our staff with expertise in music production as well as performing in local rock and fusion style bands.
 
• MIKE ZABRIN - Instructor for Bass Guitar. Mike is a student at Niles North High School participating as a bassist for multiple ensembles. He instructed at Gand Music's Camp Musictech program and plays in a progressive blues band. Mike teaches all styles of bass guitar.
• NEW - DAVID KEESHIN has now been added for Keyboard lessons. From beginners to advanced, Dave can teach you how to play, or expand your horizons to blues, jazz, and improvisation. Dave also teaches you how to use all the features on your electronic keyboard.

Adult Group Classes Now Forming
BLUES GUITAR
Four week course - 7:00 p.m
Tuesday Nights



In this class for beginner to advanced students, you will be instructed in the chord and scale structure behind blues music. Students will learn improvisation and how to trade off solos and play both rhythm guitar and lead guitar parts. We will teach you the chords, scales, and licks necessary to get started so that your aret ready to jam with anybody. Bring your electric or acoustic guitar.

This course is only $75.00 for the four week session. Lessons will be taught by Marty MacMillan who is not only the Guitar Technician at Gand Music & Sound, but also a professional blues guitar player and experienced instructor.
