Fender 2003 Guitar Event Month Hold on to your hats! The fury of Greg Koch with his band, The Tone Controls, was unleashed for an evening of "syncopated, often melodious, sometimes felonious plectrum-fueled skullduggery" as Greg would state it. Check out our quick-time video of Greg to get an idea... Over 60 Gand customers marveled as Greg demonstrated the Fender 64 Vibroverb Custom, the newest addition to our Custom series of amps. An all-tube, completely hand-wired combo amp, the Vibroverb has a thick, resonant tone and is sure to become a modern classic. Greg also ran through an up-close and personal demo of the Fender Cyber-Deluxe a gig-worthy amp packed with tons of high-quality effects and versatile studio and stage patching capabilities? a dream come true for any guitarist! Plus, the new Fender Highway 1 Stratocaster and Telecaster guitars were showcased too! The highlight of the evening was a free drawing for a Fender Strat at the conclusion of the evening.
